What are microgreens?

Microgreens are essentially baby plants of the same vegetables we all know and love. They are typically grown and harvested in 7-21 days which allows them to hold onto all the nutrients that normally go into producing full grown vegetables.

Whats so great about Microgreens?

Microgreens are one of the easiest ways to get your daily vitamins and nutrients. Studies show that microgreens can contain up to 40x the amount of nutrients as their full grown counterpart. This means you can get your daily dose of vitamins with as little as one ounce of greens, and not only are they extremely nutrient dense, but they are bursting with flavor and color.

So Why Microgreens?

Microgreens aren’t your run of the mill vegetables, they are beautiful little plants that are great for you, and your family. They are robust and colorful, all while containing the essentials you need to live a healthy life. They are extremely easy to incorporate into meals at home that your kids are guaranteed to love, and they won’t even know they are eating a superfood!
